Amy Parker, deputy executive director, will be representing OpenSSL Foundation at the Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) conference in National Harbor, Maryland on March 11-13, 2026.

WiCyS is a global nonprofit organization that supports recruiting, retaining, and advancing women in cybersecurity. It was founded in 2013, and today there are over 10,800 WiCyS members in more than 110 countries. Their conference is an annual highlight, with over 2,000 in-person attendees, and this will be OpenSSL Foundation’s first time attending.

We are proud to participate in events like WiCyS to help raise OpenSSL’s visibility among new audiences and encourage more people to participate in our community. If you’ll be attending WiCyS, email Amy to find a time to connect.
